GIPO jaw crushers are heavy duty, compact, mobile tracked crusher units with a production range of 100-400tph. These machines are suitable for recycling building materials and crushing stone.

When crushing stone, the single jaw crusher allows for easy and precise setting for the desired material size through utilisation of the hydraulic gap adjustment with plug-in plates. This hydraulic actuation incorporates an infinitely variable speed adjustment with constant crushing power providing the facility of full crusher start-up.

In the feeder channel with the integrated pre-screening, the fines can be removed from the side of the machine by conveyor belt. In the separate screening machine the lower deck screen cover design results in the classified material also being screened out from the side of the machine.

The fully diesel hydraulic actuation concept used in all GIPO machines guarantees minimum susceptibility to failure from dust, humidity and vibration.

The GIPO jaw crushers are easy to transport and incorporate track laying gear with the facility of a quick holder change which allows quick set-up.

With the remote operation of the feeder installed in series, the excavator driver can operate the complete plant alone.

These machines are powered by Caterpillar EURO Norm 2 standard diesel engines which are essentially more economical than previous models.

Individual requirements can be optimised with a variety of additional equipment, side conveyor belt, permanent magnet, conveyor feed channel, extended radio control, belt weigher and water spraying.
