Widely known as one of the fastest growing heavy haulage companies in Europe, Metcalfe Farms (Haulage) Ltd are first and foremost a successful dairy farm, housing 1,300 dairy cows on 3,200 acres of land of which 1,500 are arable acres.

Due to their growing business, planning permission was obtained for two large agricultural buildings.  Conditions of planning were to include a substantial slope which would require levelling, a massive 200,000 tonnes of limestone would need to be removed prior to any building work.

Knowing the extent of the project, Metcalfe Farms were on the lookout for the best Impact Crusher for the task, therefore it was a great opportunity for Aggregate Processing & Recycling (AGG PRO) to fully understand the requirements of the job in hand and offer their expert advice.

AGG PRO supplied a McCloskey I54 to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the equipment. Following an impressive demonstration, proving the high capacity and quality of product, Metcalfe Farms proceeded to purchase the machine to complete the task, with the confidence it would be the best equipment for the job.

With the McCloskey I54 v3, you can be assured you are using the best of the best when it comes to top quality, high capacity and efficiency.
